Just came across, very true:

When it gets to the problem solving there can be three types of people:

• People, who do the work - hang on to them,
• People, who think they do the work - direct them and help them,
• People, who pretend they do work - get rid of them.

• Люди, которые делают дело - держись с ними,
• Люди, которые думают, что делают дело - направляй их и помогай им,
